The Mercer Island High School girls soccer team will play in tomorrow’s 3A state championship game, against Columbia River, after defeating Camas High School in the semifinals this afternoon.

The team, which has not played in a state final game since 2003, where they finished second, beat the Papermakers 2-1 at Harry Lang Stadium in Lakewood.

Goals were scored by Ellen Haas and Erin Bourguignon.
