Mercer Island beats Newport | Boys prep water polo

For the second time this season, the Mercer Island boys water polo team beat Newport on Tuesday, Oct. 16. The Islanders won 9-6.

Connor Gullstad scored four goals in the win, Jack Larkin added two of his own, as did Sebastian Aron and Topher Lacrampe scored one goal.

The team will travel to face Bainbridge in battle of the islands on Thursday, Oct. 18. The match is set to begin at 8:30 p.m.
