In August, the King County Library System expanded its “Curbside to Go” program to 22 additional regional library locations, including the Mercer Island Library (4400 88th Ave. SE).

The program offers contactless pickup in front of the library building, and is available from 1-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday and from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday.

Patrons can schedule a pickup time on the myLIBRO app, or call the library at (206) 236-3537 to make an appointment; walk-up appointments are also available. Patrons needing to return items can use the manual book drop, which is accessible 24 hours a day.
