Mercer Island High School DECA students competed in the recent three-day state tournament, featuring more than 4,000 students, at Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue.

Following are the local international DECA qualifiers from state:

Individual Series

Automotive Services Marketing — first, Julia Harper; ninth, Maya Evans-Riera

Business Services Marketing — seventh, Jessica Xing

Food Marketing — third, Nikesh Woerner; ninth, Keegan Wang

Marketing Communications — second, Katherine Shao; eighth, Charlotte Wood
