The Mercer Island High School Model UN team traveled to Western Washington University at the end of April to take part in VIKMUN, Viking Model UN, an annual high school model United Nations conference hosted by the International Affairs Association of WWU.

The group from MIHS was named the most diplomatic delegation at the conference, while junior Ken Ho was named a distinguished delegate. Matt Wang won the most outstanding delegate away.
