Feb. 13

Structure fire: Officers secured the roadway while the fire department was on the scene of a structure fire in the 3400 block of West Mercer Way.

Emphasis checks: Officers conducted safe and sober driving emphasis checks Island wide in the late evening hours.

Feb. 12

Road danger: Victims reported that someone threw a rock into their vehicle while they were driving in the 7800 block of Southeast 28th Street.

Feb. 11

Found child: Officers contacted the parents and located their lost child in the 2000 block of 84th Avenue Southeast.

Feb. 10

Robbery: A suspect entered a business in the 2900 block of 78th Avenue Southeast, implied he had a weapon and demanded cash from the register.

Feb. 9

Damaged vehicle: A dispute was reported over damaged vehicle electronics by someone’s metal detector in the 4200 block of 94th Avenue Southeast.

Feb. 8

Theft: Officers apprehended suspects following a shoplifting in the 2900 block of 78th Avenue Southeast.

Vehicle theft: A company vehicle was reported stolen in the 7400 block of Southeast 24th Street.

Vehicle prowl: Someone stole electronics from an unlocked vehicle in the 6000 block of Southeast 30th Street.

Theft: It was reported that someone pried open a mailbox and stole items in the 7600 block of East Mercer Way.

Violation of order: A woman reported that a former partner was continuing to stalk her.
