March 26

Fraud: A scammer targeted a resident in the 9800 block of Southeast 40th Street with fake claims of an outstanding warrant that needs to be paid.

Theft: A resident in the 9000 block of Southeast 51st Street reported that her ex-husband swiped a small statue from her yard following a dispute.

March 25

Noise annoys: Callers reported that a subject was playing loud music on the street in the 2700 block of 77th Avenue Southeast.

March 24

Prowler: Officers responded to reports of a prowler attempting to enter a home in the 9700 block of Southeast 40th Street.

Pedestrian injured: A passerby found a pedestrian injured near the roadway after a possible hit-and-run in the 3400 block of 77th Avenue Southeast.

Welfare check: Officers coordinated with the crisis team to assist a person in need of resources in the 8200 block of Avalon Drive.

March 23

Vehicle prowl: It was reported that someone rummaged through an unlocked vehicle and stole items in the 2500 block of 81st Avenue Southeast.

March 7

Stolen packages: It was reported that someone smashed the mail room window and stole packages in the 7600 block of 27th Avenue Southeast.

Fraud: A resident in the 4300 block of 91st Avenue Southeast had their identity stolen and used to rent an apartment out of state.
