Cyndi Garcia was surprised on Friday afternoon at Veloce Velo, downtown, with a new bicycle. Garcia participated in Cycle the WAVE, a ride around the Eastside to raise awareness about domestic violence on Sept. 18.
Garcia had been using a makeshift bike prior to the donation.
